Every success story has people behind it - people who guide, encourage, celebrate, and support. At TVW, those people are our staff: the job coaches, coordinators, supervisors, and team members who pour their hearts into helping individuals thrive at work and in the community.

As we close out the year, we wanted to shift the spotlight for a moment. Instead of highlighting our usual success stories (though we love those!), we’re sharing something a little different: the moments our staff are most proud of.
