Welcome to TVW, Inc.  TVW is a non-profit in Western Washington County serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities through various life enriching programs, so they can experience productive and meaningful lives.

Career Development Services- assists jobseekers with disabilities in their efforts to prepare for, find and engage in Community Integrated Employment which is aligned with their individual Career Development Plans. 

Potential Job Seekers are led through a process called Discovery.  The process has many components which help to determine three themes for the individual.  This is based on assessments, community interviews with businesses, tours, consulting with family and friends, and interest testing.  The most important component of the process is the individual's goals and aspirations.  

The Production Department-provides superior quality assembly, packaging, shrink wrap, and fulfillment services performed by disabled adults. TVW can be your outsource for the small details, allowing your business to focus on your best.

Sustainable Cleaning Systems-provides nightly janitorial services performed by people with disabilities to private and public businesses throughout the Portland Metro area. 




Vanguard- is a day support and activities program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Outings include trips to the park, Zoo, OMSI, Airports, shopping, and community classes.  In-house, participants can learn new skills like crochet, knitting, and pursue other interests based on their individual likes.  

Participants have the opportunity to choose activities from a variety of activities offered weekly. Small group community inclusion activities are offered, as well as in-house activities.

Vanguard encourages activities that maximize opportunities for participants to build positive relationships  in their community.

Join us for a 4K Fun Run and Walk.  Walk starts at 10:30 AM. Registration is at 9:00AM.


Race Location: Hare Field 1151 NE Grant St, Hillsboro, OR 97124 Registration begins at 9AM in the School lobby

Course Description: Starting at Hare Field Heading East to Cornell Road and South to Main Street West to 2nd, North to Grant, returning to Hare Field. The course is flat and ADA Accessible

Proceeds: Benefit TVW’s community inclusion program for adults with disabilities.

Entry Cost information: $30 with T-shirt, $35 after March 7th, 2018. $40.00 entry fee on the day of the race fun-run.
